Pressing & sintering
A powder-to-component route built around tooling, compaction and controlled thermal processing.
A prepared powder blend is compacted in a die to form a green part. Sintering then bonds the particles through a controlled thermal cycle. Sizing, machining, heat treatment or surface finishing can follow where required by the design.
