Metal injection moulding
Combining fine metal powders with a moulding route for small, intricate component geometries.
Fine powder and a binder system form a feedstock that can be injection moulded. The binder is removed before sintering consolidates the part. Tooling, feedstock behaviour and shrinkage control are integral to successful component development.
